COLLECTION ON CHRISTMAS EVE before 12pm
Nut roast - medley of chopped chestnuts & nuts, spinach, grated parsnip, mushrooms & cranberries
Roast potatoes – potatoes boiled, sealed in oil and rosemary and then roasted
Brussel sprouts – lightly steamed
Carrots & parsnips – firstly steamed and then roasted in oil and salt
Red cabbage – cooked with sugar and reduced red wine Allergens: sulphites
Mushroom gravy – vegan stock reduced and thickened with pulped mushrooms
