Booking is recommended during weekends and school holidays to avoid disappointment.

Please message us using the form below. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible (please allow several hours during busy periods).

Please Note: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via telephone or email.

Deposits

For parties of 6 or more, or during peak times, we may require a £5 deposit per person.

Deposits are paid by card over the phone and will be deducted from the cost of your meal or can be refunded to the card holder.

If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits will be refunded if you give us more than 24hrs notice.

If you are running late please call us. We will only hold your booking for 15 minutes during busy periods.

PLEASE NOTE

Our dog-friendly Glass Room is a covered outside space with infrared patio heaters. It provides shelter from rain and wind but in cold weather you will still need to dress warmly.

We are CLOSED on Mondays & Tuesdays (except July & August)

Lovely lunch

Another great place to have lunch and do a bit of gift buying. The menu is good but not overwhelming with some lovely lunch options. All reasonably priced and locally sourced produce. The adjacent shop has good selection of gifts, produce and children's toys. All ethically sourced. Mersea Barns is well worth a visit

Mersea Barn is a very light and spacious place to eat. Very clean and welcoming with shop that sells unique items to keep or give as presents. The food is always freshly cooked and plenty of it with the most friendly staff. We eat there many times while on holiday.
