23rd October 2026 - 10am - 11am with stay and play Play Barn session until noon.
Join Becky from Story Imagin-ory for a special pop up session in the outdoor play barn area at Mersea Barns. There will be interactive storytelling, singing and a range of practical play activities all set around a Halloween theme.
Her sessions offer a range of carefully planned play and learning opportunities that help build and grow your child's communication, language and literacy development and most of all their enjoyment of books. Led by an experienced Early Years Teacher.
This story time and play is one hour from 10-11am and after the session you are welcome to stay and play in the Barn until 12 noon. The storytelling will be in the new wooden gazebo and we will also use the Play Barn which is an outdoor play area with light shade cover. The Play Barn has a selection of play equipment including sand, water, climbing frame and slide.
