The Play Barn will be open Thursdays - Sundays (& Bank Holidays) from 1st May

Loads of fun for little ones in our Play Barn

The Play Barn is is an outdoor play area with light shade cover. Availability will be weather dependent. Please make sure children are dressed appropriately for the weather.

ACTIVITIES:

Sandpit
⁠Climbing frame
⁠Pouring & measuring station
⁠Play cafe

AGE: perfect for pre-school to 8 years old

SESSIONS: 9:30am - 12pm & 1pm - 3:30pm Thursday - Sunday (& Bank Holidays)

PRICE: £6.50 per child

MAXIMUM CHILDREN PER SESSION: 10

NOTE: children must be accompanied at all times by an adult (MAX 2 adults per child)

BOOKING: Drop-ins are welcome but we recommend you book online to avoid disappointment

Lovely lunch

Another great place to have lunch and do a bit of gift buying. The menu is good but not overwhelming with some lovely lunch options. All reasonably priced and locally sourced produce. The adjacent shop has good selection of gifts, produce and children's toys. All ethically sourced. Mersea Barns is well worth a visit

Mersea Barn is a very light and spacious place to eat. Very clean and welcoming with shop that sells unique items to keep or give as presents. The food is always freshly cooked and plenty of it with the most friendly staff. We eat there many times while on holiday.
