Mersea Barns is the official Parkinsons's UK Café for Mersea Island the surrounding areas.

Mersea Barns creates a relaxed and informal environment for people with Parkinson's, their families and friends. The monthly café meet-up provides a perfect opportunity to meet others, share support and to find out information.

Lovely lunch

Another great place to have lunch and do a bit of gift buying. The menu is good but not overwhelming with some lovely lunch options. All reasonably priced and locally sourced produce. The adjacent shop has good selection of gifts, produce and children's toys. All ethically sourced. Mersea Barns is well worth a visit

Mersea Barn is a very light and spacious place to eat. Very clean and welcoming with shop that sells unique items to keep or give as presents. The food is always freshly cooked and plenty of it with the most friendly staff. We eat there many times while on holiday.
